I am 63 years old and have been working with Leesa twice a week for over 15 years. Leesa is qualified in so many specialties in the physical and psychological domains, including yoga, pilates, NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) and psychology. I have a number of chronic health issues and been going through some difficult career and personal issues recently and Leesa is able to use those skills to deploy something that helps everytime. I’ve been working with Leesa for the past three years. Initially I sort her help after suffering repeated injuries, however earlier this year I handed Leesa a new challenge. I contracted measles from an o/s trip and was starting the slow climb back to health and fitness. Leesa has demonstrated her diverse range of wellbeing knowledge in getting me on the path back not only physically but mentally. We used yin yoga, breath work and pilates to rebalance my nervous system and keep me moving, while applying mindfulness techniques to keep me focused and improve my mental strength and agility.
