Other ways of working with me
Functional training incorporates movements that mimic everyday actions, by using multiple muscles groups at the same time. This builds strength, stability and mobility across the body, making us more efficient human beings not only inside the gym but outside as well.
I use a combination of these movements as well as core and stretching techniques to get reduce stubborn body fat, increase lean muscle, build stronger bones, improve core conditioning, posture and flexibility as well as relieve stress and improve overall physical and mental health.
To work with me 1:1 or in a small group, I can be found in the Sydney CBD or Lower North Shore.
Pilates uses functional movements, full body conditioning with a strong focus on building core strength and mobility. These type of movements can improve posture, balance, joint mobility and stability, increase lean muscle as well as relieve stress and tension and reduce the risk of injury.
You can work with me 1:1, or you can find me at Physicore studios in either Mosman, Paddington or Surry Hills in Sydney.
Evolved from Pilates, Physicore uses the Lagree method, a low impact, full body strength and conditioning workout with a strong focus on mobility and core conditioning.
